Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, well-presented, and experienced in delivering high-quality spa treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
• Promote spa services and retail products when appropriate
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Follow spa policies, procedures, and health & safety standards

Requirements

• Certified Spa / Massage Therapist qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
