Spa Therapist

Zarya Wellness Spa is seeking a skilled and professional Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional massage and body treatments while ensuring the highest standards of guest service, hygiene, and quality. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining a peaceful and professional spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional massage and body treatments according to spa standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and preparation of treatment rooms
• Ensure excellent guest service and personalized care for every client
• Promote spa products and services to support sales targets
• Monitor product usage and assist with inventory control
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with reception and spa team regarding schedules and guest needs
• Report maintenance issues and ensure proper care of equipment
• Participate in trainings and staff meetings

Requirements:

• Certified Spa / Massage Therapist
• Knowledge of various massage modalities and body treatments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a calm spa atmosphere

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
