Spa Therapist (Female)

We are seeking talented and guest-oriented Spa Therapists (female) to join a renowned international hotel group in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will bring prior experience from luxury hotels or high-end wellness centers, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional spa and wellness treatments. This role plays a vital part in creating a soothing, personalized, and unforgettable spa journey for every guest.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of treatments, including massages, facials, scrubs, wraps, and holistic therapies.
• Carry out services in line with professional spa standards and tailored to each guest’s needs.
• Greet guests warmly, conduct consultations, and suggest customized treatment options.
• Ensure all treatment rooms, tools, and spa facilities remain clean, sanitized, and prepared.
• Promote spa experiences and wellness retail products to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Safeguard guest comfort, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
• Follow up with guests post-treatment to ensure well-being and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to operational policies and procedures.
• Uphold top-tier hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Support front desk duties and assist with stock control when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy from a recognized institution.
• At least 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or premium wellness environments.
• Skilled in a variety of techniques such as deep tissue, Swedish, aromatherapy, facials, manicures, pedicures, and other holistic treatments.
• Strong knowledge of body anatomy, skincare, and wellness practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first approach.
• Professional appearance with a polished, luxury-aligned demeanor.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to create a serene, respectful, and comfortable environment.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Open to relocation to Saudi Arabia.
• Asian Nationalities preferred
