We are seeking experienced, guest-focused Female Spa Therapists to join a prestigious and internationally acclaimed luxury hotel and resort group in Saudi Arabia. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in luxury hospitality and a passion for delivering bespoke, high-quality spa services.

Role Overview:

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for creating deeply relaxing and customized spa experiences, ensuring each guest receives the highest level of care and satisfaction in a serene, luxurious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer a wide range of treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, and holistic therapies.
  • Deliver personalized services tailored to individual guest preferences, in line with five-star spa standards.
  • Welcome guests warmly, conduct pre-treatment consultations, and recommend suitable therapies or wellness packages.
  • Keep treatment rooms and spa areas immaculate and fully equipped at all times.
  • Actively promote spa services and retail offerings to enhance the guest journey and support overall revenue.
  • Ensure a consistently high level of guest comfort, privacy, and well-being throughout each session.
  • Provide support with spa operations, including stock management and assisting front desk where necessary.
  • Follow all health, hygiene, and safety standards meticulously.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma and certificates in Spa Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or premium wellness center.
  • Skilled in techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, facials, body treatments, and nail care.
  • Good understanding of anatomy, skincare, and holistic treatment methods.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a genuine dedication to guest service.
  • Presentable and well-groomed in line with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Fluent in English; other language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Ready to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
