Elaine Salon n Spa is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Female Spa Therapists to join our team at one of our prestigious locations. Key Responsibilities

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of professional spa and wellness services. Your main duties will include:

• Delivering Treatments: Perform various massage therapies (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue), body treatments, and specialized spa services based on location needs.
• Client Consultation: Warmly greet clients, assess their specific needs, and discuss any health considerations before treatment.
• Creating a Relaxing Atmosphere: Maintain a clean, calm, and professional environment in the treatment rooms, ensuring client comfort and privacy.
• Product Recommendations: Advise clients on appropriate products for home care and recommend follow-up treatments to support their wellness goals.
• Maintaining Standards: Adhere to all hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols established by Elaine Salon n Spa.

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Gender: Female only .

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Spa Therapist is preferred.
• Freshers (newly certified or graduated) are also welcome and will be considered for training opportunities.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Salary & Benefits

• Annual Salary: 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 Lakh per annum (salary is competitive and dependent on experience and location).
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives and bonuses.
