Salon Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Handle client inquiries, appointments, and feedback to maintain top-tier service quality.
• Drive sales of salon services and retail products through promotions and client engagement.
• Maintain inventory of beauty and hair products; coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with salon standards.
• Manage billing, cash handling, and reporting to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a leadership role in the beauty industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of beauty, skincare, and haircare trends.
• Organizational and team management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for POS and scheduling systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,951.73 - ₹37,673.49 per month
