Job Title: Customer Interaction Specialist Job Summary:

This position will act as a liaison, provide product information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves customers by receiving and recording phone calls.
  • Identify appropriate departments that can assist the customer.
  • Document all inbound calls in Krones ticketing system.
  • Monitor customer tickets daily.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • eShop order maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills:

  • Professional Skills:
  • Knowledge of SAP Applications, MS Office Suite, CRM, Salesforce, and Krones Portfolio.
  • Market knowledge, process and structural knowledge, knowledge of business administration, and knowledge of policies, directives, guidelines, and standards.
  • Understanding of BOMs and technical drawings.
  • Ability to work on various issues simultaneously and ensure the integrity of each project.
  • Soft Skills:
  • General social skills, capacity for teamwork, customer orientation, learning aptitude, problem-solving competence, time- and self-management, coordination and organizational skills, communication skills, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve project issues and challenges.

Physical / Working Demands:

  • Job is performed under generally good working conditions in an office atmosphere.
  • Equipment use includes PC, copy machine, telephone, calculator.
  • Limited physical effort is required. Standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, lifting/carrying objects (up to 10 lbs) are required for 10% of time. Sitting, talking, and hearing are required for 75% of time. Medium level of finger dexterity is required (25%).
  • Appropriate OSHA safety training required.
