Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or accounts.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets (call handling time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
  • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues.
  • Ensure customer data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
