Spare Parts Engineering Team Member

Roles & Responsibilities

-The key responsibility is, while delivering best customer experience, to support to beat serviceability and profitability of target of related upcoming projects.

-Act as coordinator for the service release strategy to analyze and decide which components are needed for service during DPA phases of Program.

-Investigate new program content, identify new vehicle technology and Make sure all precautions are taken beforehand incl. training the trainer.

-Actively engage the program and engineering communities to support service from a part release standpoint under GPDS rules and timing.

-Define service equipment requirements until FDJ.

-Making sure that 100% service Parts Release in WERS until VP

-Getting QoP from suppliers to ensure manufacturability and affordability of the service part released by D&R engineers.

-To optimize complexity for service part for better part availability.

-To ensure the parts cataloging is completed before the FEC gateway.

-To support releasing and sourcing CoO parts to achieve program targets and issue report regularly to track process.

-Auditing all processes and regularly reporting progress in order to achieve 98% service part availability in OKTB.

-To observe on sourcing process to assure all the purchase orders are placed on time and at right cost.

- Identify opportunities and make improvements for reducing stock keeping costs, delivery and packaging cost.
