General Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Spare Parts Supervisor to take a leading role in managing spare parts operations, dealer coordination, and stock optimization processes.
Responsibilities

Lead and develop spare parts planning and inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels using advanced demand forecasting and data-driven methodologies

Oversee end-to-end spare parts availability, including inventory planning, monitoring, and continuous optimization across the dealer network

Manage and optimize dealer ordering processes and logistics operations for both Parts & Accessories to ensure service level targets are met

Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (BO, VOR, MOS, stock turnover, availability ratios); provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance stock efficiency, reduce back orders, and improve vehicle uptime

Establish, plan, and oversee general and on-the-job training programs for dealer personnel in line with Chery’s spare parts policies, standards, and operational procedures

Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal policies related to spare parts operations

Lead and supervise import procedures for spare parts, proactively managing regulatory changes and ensuring smooth customs and compliance processes

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, After Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HQ teams to align spare parts strategy with overall business objectives

Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a performance-driven and continuous improvement culture
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field)

Minimum
7–10 years
of experience in spare parts operations within the automotive industry, with
proven managerial or team leadership experience

Strong expertise in spare parts planning, inventory management, logistics, and dealer management systems.

Solid knowledge of local spare parts regulations, customs, and import procedures.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and DMS/ERP systems.

Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

B-class driver’s license and willingness to travel when required.
