Job Summary:
The Spare Parts Manager for Diesel Generator is responsible for driving sales and profitability of spare parts for diesel generators. This role manages customer accounts, develops sales strategies, ensures parts availability, and coordinates with suppliers and the service department to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies for spare parts to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Promote OEM and high-quality spare parts to ensure reliability and long-term client satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales orders.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Provide technical support and guidance on part compatibility and availability.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and urgent spare part needs.
3. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Recommend new products, stocking levels, and promotional activities based on market demand.
- Regularly review and adjust sales strategies to maintain competitiveness.
4. Inventory & Supply Coordination
- Work closely with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure parts availability.
- Monitor stock levels and provide sales forecasts to maintain adequate inventory.
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to customers and service teams.
5. Reporting & Team Management
- Manage and mentor sales coordinators or parts sales executives.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
- Track KPIs such as sales revenue, gross margins, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in spare parts sales, preferably in diesel generators, heavy equipment, or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of diesel generator components and OEM spare parts.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
