Spare Parts Manager- Sales

Parts business generation through intensive Customer Engagement, Minimum 18-20 Days Travel.

Sales & Marketing of Spare Parts for Material handling Equipment like Cranes, Const. Machinery & Earthmoving Machinery, Port Equipment, Tyres and Lubes in the assigned Territory/Assigned clients.

Setting up regular machine inspections & Machine Health checkup activities at Industrial plants and corporate clients.

Ensuring Service Excellence- On time service delivery, minimization of Re-do jobs and increase in customer satisfaction.

Submission of offers – To ensure, directly and through team member, timely submission of offers.

Offer Follow up, Loss order details collection

Debtor's Management – To ensure, directly and through team member, timely submission of invoices and regular follow ups for release of payments.

Add new clients in the organization’s fold, Vendor Registration.

To get new AMC and timely execution of existing AMC, Coverage of the machines.

Regular and timely reporting to HO.

Client Database Management for In-house Marketing & Tele-Marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Parts and Service Core Sales Experience in material handling: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
