Job description:

Primarily responsible for scheduling and dispatching technicians to preventative maintenances and service calls related to HVAC/R, Electrical, Plumbing and Handyman services.

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

Understands urgency as it relates to communication and satisfying client needs.
Understands geographical locations of technicians and can efficiently schedule / dispatch to minimize travel times and non-billable hours.
Understands the importance of being available and responds to clients in a timely fashion during normal business hours and when on-call.
Understands and can navigate Word, Excel, Outlook and other platforms utilized for dispatching technicians.
Understands and has basic Mechanical / Technical Skills related the the trades (HVAC/R, Electrical, Plumbing and Construction).
Understands and can adhere to processes and procedures set forth.

QUAIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Collaborative, Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills, Decision-Making Ability, Good Listening Skills, Strong Verbal Communication, Strong Typing Skills, Stress- and Time-Management Skills, Customer-Service and Interpersonal Skills. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
