Position Summary

The Special Security Officer supports the Wing’s Special Security Office by managing SCI personnel security, SCIF operations, and compliance with Intelligence Community directives.

Essential Functions

• Support SCI personnel security, indoctrinations, debriefings, and annual training.
• Maintain DISS records, visit certifications, SCI rosters, and access documentation.
• Assist with SCIF/SAPF/SAPCA accreditation packages, FFCs, diagrams, and TEMPEST documentation.
• Create, issue, and destroy SCI access badges; maintain AFAA and alarmed facility access rosters.
• Support physical, personnel, information, and technical security requirements for SCI facilities.
• Conduct annual SCI self-assessments and prepare reports for DIA.
• Track foreign travel, incident reporting, and personnel security investigations.
• Maintain SCI/SAP/ACCM personnel folders and training records.
• Assist with DD Form 254 validation for SCI contractors.
• Update SOPs, EAPs, MOUs, and security procedures in accordance with DoD and IC directives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI.
• Bachelors degree in Business Management, or relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in SCI, SAP, or intelligence security programs.
• Familiarity with ICD 705, TEMPEST, and SCIF operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
