Position Details

Pine River Area Schools (PRAS) recently had a teacher pass away, so we are left with a void to fill from the loss of our teacher and friend. PRAS is a geographically large district covering parts of three counties (Osceola, Lake and Wexford) and over 3OO square miles in Central Michigan. We have three schools with approximately 88O students among them. We are known for our family environment, caring community and for going above and beyond to serve our students. We’re looking for a dynamic special education teacher who wants to become part of an amazing team to help our students grow and learn academically, emotionally and behaviorally. Our salary and benefits are competitive and housing is available in the area. We are located just south of Cadillac in a beautiful area with many lakes, rivers, woods and fields.
