Your Role

As a Special Education Teacher with EDU-AIDs, you’ll help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that meets each student’s unique needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized and high-quality instruction for elementary, middle, or high school students
• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborating with families, general education teachers, and support teams
• Maintaining a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Working full-time, on-site in New Haven, CT

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Special Education setting
• Valid Connecticut Special Education Teaching License
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A genuine commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success
