Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• ​S​pecial Education Endorsement Required
• Emotional Impairment (SE) Endorsement Preferred​​
• Must be Highly Qualified
• State of Michigan Teaching Certificate Required​

• ​Differentiate Instruction
• Implement IEPs, assessment, and monitoring
• ​Create a supportive classroom environment.
• Previous experience working with ​​e​lementary students.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Connects well with parents/guardians.​
• Growth and asset-minded . . . each day is a ‘get-to’ day.
• Strong communication skills.
• ​Ideal candidate will be highly organized​, adaptable, strong interpersonal skills.
