Special Education Teacher - 8:1:2

The district has an anticipated vacancy for a special education teacher at Moreau Elementary School. This position is for a newly established 8:1:2 classroom supporting students across 2 grade levels.

All newly employed or reinstated teacher’s placement on the salary schedule is determined by education and prior experience. Recent experience in a field similar to that to which the individual is to be appointed and in a public school system similar to the South Glens Falls Central School System is granted year for year.

Actual salary commensurate with experience.

NYS Certification in Students with Disabilities is required.
