Special Education Teacher (SPED)

Job Overview

We are looking for a compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our education team. The role focuses on supporting students with special needs through individualized instruction and a nurturing classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs).

- Provide direct instruction to students with special needs.

- Work closely with families and staff to support student growth.

- Assess and report on student progress regularly.

- Foster an inclusive and positive classroom culture.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Special Education.

- Valid teaching certification in Special Education.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Commitment to student-centered learning.

- Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a school setting supporting students with special needs.
