Special Education Teacher (SPED)

Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to join our dedicated team. The candidate will provide tailored educational support to students with special needs, fostering growth and learning in a compassionate and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.

- Deliver engaging, supportive instruction tailored to each student’s needs.

- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists to optimize student outcomes.

- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting instruction as needed.

- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Special Education from an accredited institution.

- Valid teaching license or certification in Special Education.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for working with students with special needs.

- Ability to create a supportive and structured learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in a school setting working with children, especially those with special needs.
