Special Education Teacher (SPED)

Job Overview

We are hiring a Special Education Teacher to support the academic and social development of students with special needs. The candidate will provide individualized instruction and collaborate with educators and families to foster student growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver instruction aligned with individual education plans (IEPs).

- Provide supportive and adaptive classroom instruction.

- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families.

- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress.

- Maintain a structured, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Special Education.

- Valid teaching certification in Special Education.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Commitment to individualized and student-centered education.

- Ability to manage classroom effectively and compassionately.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience teaching or supporting students with special needs in a classroom setting.
