Special Educator for english - non arab children

Job Title: Special Education Teacher (English Department)

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Special Education Teacher to join our center in Ajman, working with English-speaking students with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will support students’ academic, social, and emotional development through individualized and structured approaches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (mandatory)
• UAE degree equivalency (mandatory)
• Valid UAE residence visa (mandatory)
• Proven experience working with children with special needs
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Patient, compassionate, and professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons in English based on each child’s abilities
• Support students with learning difficulties, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation and reports
• Collaborate with assistant teachers, therapists, and the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Follow center policies and child safeguarding procedures
