Specialist, Change Management (T&I) III

Role Summary:

  • Drives adoption and alignment to ensure smooth change and scaling across Maaden’s technology, digital, and operational transformation programs

  • Partners with business, operations, and technology teams to prepare, support, and guide people through change, ensuring successful implementation of new ways of working

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable Change Adoption

Develop and execute change management plans for technology, digital, and process initiatives

Support communication, engagement, and readiness activities to prepare teams for upcoming changes

  • Drive Alignment Across Stakeholders

Collaborate with business units, CoEs, and field teams to align objectives, expectations, and timelines

Facilitate feedback loops and help resolve adoption barriers

  • Support Capability Building

Deliver training, materials, and tools that enable new behaviors, systems, and processes

Coach leaders and change agents to reinforce adoption and sustain improvements

  • Monitor and Improve Change Outcomes

Track adoption, readiness, and impact metrics to identify gaps and ensure desired outcomes are realized

Provide insights and recommendations to improve ongoing and future change efforts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or related field

  • 3–6 years’ experience in change management or transformation support

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience supporting technology or digital transformation preferred
