Specialist - Compliance (Retail)

To ensure that all retail operations comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards by monitoring, auditing, and advising on compliance-related matters across retail locations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all retail stores operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Policy Implementation: Support the rollout and enforcement of compliance policies and procedures across retail operations.
  • Store Audits: Conduct regular audits and inspections of retail outlets to identify non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify compliance risks in retail processes and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigate compliance breaches or customer complaints and document findings and resolutions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audit results, and regulatory communications.
  • Commitment to administrative guidance: Adherence to management instruction related to business needs.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent

Experience
  • Minimum three years of experience in compliance or regulatory role
