Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end order processing and tracking through SAP ERP to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Support demand forecasting activities and coordinate closely with the planning team to ensure alignment between customer requirements and production capacity.
Provide comprehensive sales support, including reporting, data analysis, and follow-up on customer requirements.
Maintain effective customer communication, proactively resolving inquiries and service-related issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate cross-functionally with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery.

Requirements:

0–2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Demand Planning within a structured business environment.
Basic knowledge of SAP ERP is preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and solid analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
