Specialist Finance

JOB SUMMARY:

Specialist Finance will support the finance department in managing financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  2. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  4. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  5. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems, controls, and processes.
  6. Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and address audit findings and recommendations.
  7. Assist in special projects and initiatives, as assigned by the finance manager or senior management.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance
  • CA Inter / ACCA or equivalent is preferred.


B. Minimum Experience:

  • 4-6 years of experience in finance.
