Support the development and implementation of HSE management system (including objectives, processes, and assurance) to meet requirements International Standards (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)

Ensuring employees are familiar with HSE Policy and the requirements of the Company’s HSE Management Systems

Conduct audits/inspections and monitors follow-through corrective actions

Promoting a systematic approach to management of HSE activities to ensure compliance with applicable legal and other requirements.

Ensure Risk Assessment and RA register is updated and reviewed annually.

Conduct incident investigations, including Root Cause analysis.

Support tender process with reference to supplier/sub-contractor HSE qualification, selection, and assessment.

Familiarity with local legislative framework
-
Maintain Environmental impact/aspect register
-
Identify HSE training needs and conduct training programs.
-
Coordinate with internal focus groups on Sustainability initiatives
-
Lead crisis management exercises for office/sites in accordance with emergency response plan.

Manages security protocols for office and travellers
-
Flexibility to travel for site visits/inspections
Qualifications and Skills:
-
Tertiary education in Engineering / Industrial Safety or related discipline with NEBOSH IGC
-
7 years’ experience in site and office HSE management (construction / oil & gas)

Internal auditor qualification is preferred (ISO 14001/ISO 45001)

Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills

Strong organizational, analytical and decision-making skills

Ability to write and review procedural documents, present information clearly & concisely

Self-starter, Proactive attitude, Influencing skills with various stakeholders
