Position: Specialist HSE (Project) at KBR, Inc. located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role is for an offshore project with a 6/3 rotation based at the Al Omaira topside project.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior HSE specialist with extensive experience in offshore and detailed engineering project management for a PMC role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HSE activities for offshore engineering and construction activities at Al Omaira topside.
• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audit reviews.
• Provide technical HSE support to project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 17+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience on offshore projects, including offshore island specifications.
• Experience in offshore construction/site activities and detailed engineering projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role on mega oil and gas FEED/EPC projects (>US$1B).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
