ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
- The role leads key HR CoE functions including HR analysis, dashboards, total rewards, performance management, employee engagement, HRIS, payroll, and organizational development.
- Responsibilities include delivering data-driven insights, managing HR dashboards, designing compensation and benefits programs, driving performance cycles, and implementing engagement and retention initiatives.
- The manager oversees HRIS accuracy, payroll compliance, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational structure reviews.
- The role also leads HR digital transformation, process benchmarking, policy development, DEI initiatives, and ensures compliance with labor laws.
- Collaboration with senior leaders and HRBPs is essential for aligning HR strategies and providing regular KPI reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience in at least three CoE areas, with exposure to all listed functions in a multinational or healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical and visualization skills, expertise in total rewards and performance management, HRIS knowledge (SAP/Oracle/Workday), payroll accuracy, and strong interpersonal skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required.
