Specialist - Human Resources

The following announcement is for a position within the Kuwait National Space Research Centre (KNSRC), a department within KFAS.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (with equivalency by the Kuwait Ministry of Higher Education)
• Minimum of 6 Years of experience in in the same or related field
• Proficient in English and Arabic.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the implementation of HR services across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, training, and exit clearance processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Process employee registrations and updates with relevant government authorities, including the Public Institution for Social Security (PIFSS) and the Public Authority of Manpower.
• Coordinate HR administrative processes such as employment documentation, contract updates, employee data management, and official HR correspondence.
• Support the coordination and administration of employee training and development programs, including training logistics and documentation.
• Manage employee exit procedures, including clearance processes and coordination with relevant internal departments.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, workforce data, and documentation to support HR operations and management decision-making.
• Provide support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and general HR inquiries.
• Support payroll-related activities by ensuring accurate and timely updates of employee data and employment changes.
• Contribute to the improvement of HR processes, systems, and operational workflows.

• Copy of Civil ID.
• Certificate of insured service periods issued by the Public Authority for Social Security, dated on or after the announcement date.
• Academic certificate(s) and transcript(s), including the final graduation GPA.
• Equivalency of the academic certificate(s) from the Ministry of Higher Education, and Authentication of the transcript(s) for graduates of universities other than Kuwait University.
