We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Officer to manage the day-to-day HR operations of our company. The role reports directly to the General Manager and oversees one GRO while managing the HRMS system. This position is ideal for someone who can independently handle HR operations in a small but fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance tracking, and offboarding
  • Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, attendance, and employee records through HRMS
  • Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor law and company policies
  • Supervise and coordinate with the GRO for residency, visa, and government-related processes
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and documentation
  • Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and policy updates
  • Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to the General Manager
  • Support management in workforce planning and operational HR matters

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or HR Generalist (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and government procedures
  • Experience managing blue-collar and white-collar employees
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the HR function
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD500.000 - KD700.000 per month
