Minimum Requirements (Education/Experience)
High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate and two (2) years of related experience. Intermediate computer skills required (i.e., ability to use email, Word, Excel, databases and other applications).
Preferred (Education/Experience)
Advanced computer skills preferred.

Special Notes
Provides support in the Professional Standards / Investigations function within Human Resources. Supports the investigation documentation and file maintenance process and coordinates activities of Human Resources assigned personnel. Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements and/or organization needs. Coordinates unemployment hearings and all associated documentation. Prepares status reports on work in progress and performs other duties as assigned. Advanced computer skills including word processing, setting up and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and file management experience required. Bilingual preferred.
