As a key member of TE Connectivity’s AD&M Marketing Team, the Marketing Operations Specialist will support the execution and optimization of demand generation campaigns and lead management processes. This role ensures operational excellence across marketing programs, enabling scalable growth, improved pipeline health, and seamless collaboration between marketing, sales, and operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Campaign Operations & Enablement
  • Support end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, deployment, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with integrated marketing, product marketing, and sales operations to align campaigns and lead generation with business priorities.
  • Enable campaign personalization and digital experience optimization across platforms.
Lead Management & Lifecycle Optimization
  • Partner with sales operations to manage CRM workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing strategies.
  • Analyze lead funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates from MQL to SQL.
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment between marketing automation and CRM systems.
Marketing Technology & Automation
  • Support the Martech stack, including campaign management tools, email platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Assist in vendor coordination and technology enhancements to improve campaign efficiency and personalization.
  • Drive adoption of standard work processes and automation best practices.
Data & Performance Analytics
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and pipeline metrics to assess ROI and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to uncover actionable insights across buyer journeys and campaign performance.
  • Present performance dashboards and reports to cross-functional stakeholders.
Process Governance & Best Practices
  • Maintain documentation of campaign workflows, lead processes, and operational benchmarks.
  • Contribute to the development of playbooks and training materials for marketing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or CRM management.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance reporting.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in B2B industrial marketing
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Ability to lead multiple initiatives and optimize workflows simultaneously
  • Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced roles with complex project oversight and deadline accountability
  • Possession of excellent time management and relationship-building skills
  • Possession of excellent project management and change management skills
