Specialist, Mechanical Job

An exciting opportunity is available for Specialist, Mechanical Located in Jubail, KSA.

Job Purpose

Specialist jobs are characterized by his ability to provide high levels of troubleshooting and complex problem-solving skills to support mechanical maintenance team. Highly skilled in preparing technical reports and aware of PM/CM strategies and plans.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the field supervisors, contractor’s supervisors and technicians in their respective areas for cost effectively to the specified quality standards.
• Support mechanical maintenance team in planning/execution of preventive/corrective maintenance, routine maintenance and field testing.
• Visit the work sites, investigate and analyze complex technical issues to resolve maintenance problems.
• Sound knowledge of rotating equipment such as (compressor, pump, blower, fan, steam turbine)
• Sound knowledge of static equipment such as (heat exchanger, column and vessel)
• Experience in Maintaining Extruder equipment (KOBELCO)
• Experience in Shutdown and Turnaround Maintenance (TAM) planning and execution.
  
  

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

5 years’ experience with Degree in Mechanical Engineering or 10 years’ experience with Diploma in Mechanical Technology or Mechanical Engineering

Job Specific Skills:

• Fully Conversant with Mechanical Engineering Drawings wnd Schematic Diagrams
• Knowledge of SAP Software Module In Maintenance Planning
• Conversant with Applicable Standards In Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 requirement
• Sound knowledge of international codes and standards pertaining to mechanical equipment
• Should be able to interpret design / as build drawings such as isometric drawing etc..
• Mechanical Engineering Principles
• Full knowledge with rotating equipment all kind of maintenance.
