What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Specialist– Order Management & Export Logistics who will join our team at Supply Chain Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Follow up order management & export logistics improvement area especially for invoicing system,
• Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer requirements and internal policies,
• Maximize operation efficiency, optimizing invoicing systems, designing automatic reports, leading of invoicing support systems,
• Monitor delivery performance (OTIF), take proactive actions on deviations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Report and design using system data and creating of new measuring systems of invoicing,
• Follow up and recording of vendors' and related participants logistics invoices,
• Provide accounting reports' traceability in the Qlik system,
• Prepare regular reports and KPIs on order status, delivery performance, and logistics costs.

The position is located in Istanbul, Çayırova.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering,
• Having completed computer, data analysis, statistics education,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel -> Macro/VBA,
• Preferably knowledge of decision support systems or similar systems,
• Preferably knowledge of Python etc computer programming,
• Knowledge of MS Access, SQL, power pivot, Minitab, etc.,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.
