Requirements

• Graduated from relevant undergraduate programs at universities,
• Proficient in legal regulations and current SGK (Social Security Institution) practices,
• 2-4 years of experience in payroll, legal declarations, reporting, and all end-to-end legal processes,
• Strong in labor law regulations and mediation processes,
• Team player and communicative,
• Able to take responsibility

Responsibilities

• Executing all payroll and accrual processes for the companies under consultancy,
• Executing MUHSGK, E-Vizite, İşkur, and police station notification processes,
• Performing and completing legal checks for hiring and termination processes,
• Performing and reporting incentive studies,
• Checking and completing company-based cost reports,
• Playing an active role in all payroll consulting processes,
