Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduate,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and compensation processes within Human Resources,
  • Knowledge of Labor Law , Social Security , incentive programs , and İŞKUR procedures and regulations ,
  • Experienced in Social Security incentive calculations ,
  • Proficient in personnel affairs and timekeeping (attendance) processes ,
  • Strong follow-up and attention to detail ,
  • Preferably experienced in the retail sector ,
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills ,
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs ,
  • Preferably experienced with Logo payroll software ,
  • Knowledge of disciplinary procedures (such as written warnings, defense requests, and termination processes),
  • Strong planning, tracking, and reporting skills.


What Awaits You in This Role


  • End-to-end management of payroll processes ,
  • Tracking and execution of government incentive processes ,
  • Managing Labor Law , Social Security , and İŞKUR processes,
  • Ensuring all personnel affairs, payroll, and legal processes of our employees are executed in line with relevant regulations,
  • Conducting and following up on official correspondence ,
  • Maintaining personnel files in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner and ensuring system entries ,
  • Following up on new hires and termination processes ,
  • Taking an active role in salary payments and employee benefits processes ,
  • Preparing reports related to area of responsibility,
  • Tracking and controlling employee leave processes .
