Job Title: Senior Benefits Analyst
Location: Turkey (Hybrid)
Department: Human Resources – Total Rewards
Reports To: Benefits Manager - Meta
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Benefits Analyst to join our Total Rewards team . This role is ideal for a professional with 4–6 years of experience who is passionate about employee well-being and eager to contribute to the management, governance, and continuous improvement of our benefits programs. You will be responsible for managing a range of benefit programs across designated countries in the Meta region (Middle East, Turkey and Africa), ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee needs and business goals. The role also involves supporting benefits harmonisation and integration projects across the region, contributing to a more unified and efficient benefits landscape. Fluency in English is required, as the role involves cross-country collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Benefits Design & Governance
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of benefits strategies aligned with company objectives and employee needs.
  • Support the design and rollout of new benefits programs and enhancements to existing offerings.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and relevance.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, supporting timely updates to policies and programs.
Broker & Vendor Management
  • Support and coordinate relationships with benefits brokers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Participate in contract reviews, performance tracking, and resolution of operational issues.
  • Ensure service quality standards are met and maintain regular communication with partners.
Communication & Employee Engagement
  • Develop and maintain clear, engaging communication materials (e.g., benefits guides, FAQs, internal posts).
  • Support benefits enrollment campaigns and support/lead employee information sessions when required.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback to enhance engagement and satisfaction with benefits programs.
Budgeting & Financial Analysis
  • Track and analyze benefits-related expenses and trends
  • Prepare reports and forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.
Data Analysis & Insights
  • Gather, clean, and interpret benefits utilization data to assess program effectiveness.
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve employee experience and program efficiency.
  • Maintain dashboards or reports to monitor KPIs and support leadership reviews.
Benefits Harmonization & Integration
  • Contribute regional projects aimed at harmonizing and integrating benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and align offerings with company standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in employee benefits, total rewards, or compensation
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and exposure to regional/global benefits programs preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
