Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
- Own and evolve the core commercial card product suite (Corporate Card, Lodge, Small Business T&E, and related products) to meet market needs and deliver superior value to corporates.
- Identify new and innovative T&E propositions, ensuring Mastercard remains the partner of choice for issuers and corporates.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to integrate emerging technologies, industry best practices, and Mastercard assets into product design.
Benefit Enablement & Partnerships
- Curate and manage benefits for corporate customers ranging from travel perks and expense management integrations to insurance offerings and customer support enhancements.
- Lead vendor management for benefit providers, ensuring service quality, commercial value, and seamless integration into the cardholder experience.
Sales Enablement & Market Activation
- Develop high-quality sales collateral, product decks, and case studies that empower account managers to effectively pitch Mastercard s corporate card solutions to banks and corporates.
- Partner with sales teams to provide product expertise during client engagements, RFPs, and strategic account planning.
Market Insights & Performance Management
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and refine propositions.
- Track product performance across issuing partners and identify opportunities to grow penetration, spend, and share of wallet.
