Role description


Strong 5 experience as Scrum master Use Agile project management to champion a project teams and team members

Key Responsibilities

Facilitation Leading Scrum ceremonies to ensure they are productive focused and meet defined goals

Obstacle Removal Identifying and eliminating blockers eg technical issues resource constraints that hinder developer progress

Coaching Mentoring the team in Scrum theory selfmanagement and crossfunctionality

Process Improvement Guiding the team toward higher maturity identifying strengthsweaknesses and implementing continuous improvement often via retrospectives

Collaboration Working with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is clear prioritized and manageable

Required Skills

Technical Familiarity Strong understanding of software development life cycles SDLC CICD and coding standards

Agile Knowledge Proficiency in ScrumKanban frameworks user stories and estimation techniques

Soft Skills Excellent communication conflict resolution servant leadership and facilitation skills

Workable

Workable

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Certification eg Certified Scrum Master CSM is a plus

Prior experience in a software development team

Benefits

Compensation range: $90,032.00 to $134,200.00 per year
