Role description


Role: Scrum Master Technical Project Management

Location: Tampa, FL

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Elicitation Analysis
  • Conduct interviews workshops and document analysis to gather validate and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders
  • Analyze and decompose complex business problems into manageable components
  • Define and document functional and nonfunctional requirements use cases user stories process flows and data models
  • Solution Design Evaluation
  • Collaborate with technical teams to assess solution options and recommend approaches that meet business needs and technical feasibility
  • Participate in the design of system features and functionalities ensuring alignment with requirements
  • Evaluate proposed solutions to ensure they address identified business problems and deliver expected benefits
  • Documentation Communication
  • Create comprehensive documentation JIRA user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Communicate requirements and proposed solutions effectively to all stakeholders both technical and nontechnical
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to review requirements and designs
  • Testing Quality Assurance Support
  • Assist in the development of test plans and strategies
  • Review test cases to ensure they adequately cover documented requirements
  • Support User Acc

Responsibilities

  • Technical background where candidate closely worked with developmenttesting team etc while playing Scrum Master Role
  • Hands on in Scrum MasterAgile Role and AgileScrum Process exp
  • Exp in Safe Agile model
  • Good to have LeadManagement exposure
  • Using agile methodology values principles and practices to plan manage and deliver solutions
  • Training mentoring and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values principles and practices
  • Determining and managing tasks issues risks and action items
  • Scheduling and facilitating scrum events meetings and decisionmaking processes
  • Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements
  • Planning and organizing demos and productsystem testing
  • Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
  • Tracking project processes deliverables and financials
  • Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders
  • Should have technical background No specific technology however should be sound in SDLC and should be able to get hands on if required
  • Facilitates daily standup iteration planning sprint review and iteration retrospective
  • Manage the engineering development projects and facilitates sprint releases Handle end to end delivery with client
  • Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines
  • Guides team in time estimating practices and facilitates team estimates
  • Drive team iteration execution communicates with management and stakeholders protects the team from uncontrolled injection of work changes are evaluatedintentional
  • Manage project conflicts challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance
  • Work with the team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks
  • Able to do post mortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity
  • Leads team effort in relentless improvement define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program
  • Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow
  • Maintain team data in project management software ie JIRA Manuscript etc to support estimates and execution
  • Presents high level project readouts for senior management
  • Supports product owners with intrateam dynamics with respect to priorities and scope
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of project management experience and Scrum Master leading sprints
  • Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum Kanban etc
  • Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum
  • Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum theory rules and practices
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams needs
  • Solid experience working with Architecture teams to assess and size storyepics
  • Passionate commitment to delivering products on time
  • Comfortable with presenting project readouts to Executive level audience
  • Deep understanding of agile metrics tasks backlog tracking burndown metrics velocity user stories etc to analyze and improve sprint planning
  • Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology
  • Excellent communicator in person over the phone and through email
  • Selfmotivated organized

Scrum Master certificate Certified scrum master OR SAFe preferred

Benefits

Compensation range: $90,032.00 to $134,200.00 per year
