noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:
As a Specialist, Security & Loss Prevention, you will play a vital role in safeguarding Noon’s people, assets, and operations. This role involves managing end-to-end site security, conducting investigations, maintaining access controls, and ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong administrative capabilities, a data-driven mindset, fluency in English, and advanced computer proficiency.

Champion and communicate the vision and core values of the S&LP function across internal teams and business stakeholders.

Ensure physical security of Noon facilities through management of security staff and surveillance systems.

Manage and monitor CCTV and electronic surveillance systems, ensuring timely handling of JIRA requests and adherence to SLAs.

Maintain all security-related tools and records including asset tagging, key registers, turnstiles, radios, and lost & found logs.

Escalate critical incidents to relevant stakeholders (SLP leadership, Operations, HR, Legal, Safety, etc.).

Conduct internal and external loss investigations, using CCTV footage, access logs, and data analysis to identify root causes.

Draft detailed investigation reports and develop action plans for compliance, process improvement, and mitigation of future risks.

Facilitate interviews during internal investigations involving policy violations, theft, or misconduct.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement preventive measures and process enhancements.

Coordinate site-level compliance with security-related legal and governmental requirements.

Provide administrative support across Security and loss prevention operations including report generation, data maintenance, and stakeholder communication.
What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, supply chain, or security operations.

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and ticketing systems such as JIRA.

Demonstrated ability to prepare clear, structured reports and maintain accurate administrative records.

Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
