The Specialist – Talent Acquisition (Physician Recruitment) is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle of medical staff including Consultants, Specialists, General Practitioners, and other licensed physicians. The role focuses on attracting, evaluating, and onboarding qualified doctors while ensuring compliance with local healthcare regulations (DOH/DHA/MOH). The position demands strong relationship management, market knowledge, and meticulous attention to credentialing and licensing process
