Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for management
  • Support employer branding and participate in job fairs or recruitment events when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR roles
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software/tools
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Working Conditions:

  • Duty Hours: 9 hours per day (including meal break) as per UAE labor law
  • Accommodation: Provided (Shared or Single, based on designation)
  • Transport: Not required – accommodation is within walking distance from the workplace
  • Nationality: Open to all nationalities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
