Implementing the initiative plan for digital transformation and automation approved in the department

Contribute to preparing a plan for digital transformation and automation initiatives on an annual basis in line with the department’s strategic plan

Addressing problems and challenges in the (GRP) system related to human resources in coordination with the relevant authorities
-
Contributing to comprehensive and continuous reviews of technical systems for human resources management and development
-
Maintaining the confidentiality and security of data by following the information security policy approved by the Authority
-
Develop systems to automate the process of updating the organizational structure of all sectors and institutions in the Roads and Transport Authority and develop it periodically
-
Develop a dashboard for human resources data that makes it easier for management to view the data in real time and make appropriate decisions
-
Contribute to the design and development of automation of key processes such as workforce planning, design of organizational structures, job descriptions, and changes that occur in the organization
-
Any additional responsibilities as advised by the direct Manager or Head of Department
-
Training the department’s employees on the human resources systems that are being worked on
-
Providing systems concerned with maintaining an accurate and updated database for all RTA employees on an ongoing basis
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business Administration/Software Engineering from an accredited university with 5 years of work experience

Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing

Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues

Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes

Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications
