Qualifications and experience required across roles:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; additional degrees or certifications (e.g., PE licensure, electrical certification) preferred where applicable.
- Experience ranging from 2-4 years for entry level technical positions to 7-14 years for managerial roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
- Technical proficiency in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering disciplines.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control for finance focused roles.
- Knowledge of construction technologies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools, root cause analysis, and preventative maintenance strategies.
- Experience managing project schedules, risk assessment, and team leadership.
- Valid licenses or certifications required for specific roles (e.g., electrician certification, PE licensure).
