We are a dynamic events and marketing company specializing in high-impact B2B conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events across the region. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a results-driven Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue through strategic sponsorship partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorship deals for events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of event themes, target audiences, and sponsorship offerings.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects across various industries.
  • Research and target potential sponsors – with a focus on sectors such as finance, insurance, technology, and lifestyle.
  • Conduct market mapping and outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Present tailored sponsorship proposals to decision-makers.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, progress, and revenue via CRM tools.
  • Liaise with internal teams (event production, marketing, operations) to ensure successful sponsor activation and delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of sponsorship or B2B sales experience within the UAE market.
  • Candidates from credit card sales, insurance sales, or banking sales backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong market research and networking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English
