Sports/Lifestyle Graphic Designer

Location: Bloomfield, NJ
Department: Marketing & Creative Team

At Alliance Orthopedics, we believe healing is a team effort — and that includes how we tell our story. We’re looking for a highly creative, motivated, and collaborative Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing marketing and creative team.

This is a dynamic, blended role that combines graphic design, marketing strategy, and social media management. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, visual excellence, and a passion for helping our brand connect deeply with the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do

Graphic Design

  • Lead and execute creative design projects across digital, print, and social channels.

  • Create impactful visuals including:

    • Brochures, posters, business cards, and event materials

    • Billboards and out-of-home campaigns

    • Infographics, educational visuals, and branded templates

    • Social media graphics and digital ad campaigns

  • Maintain consistent visual branding across Alliance Orthopedics, Alliance Performance, and Alliance Health System.

  • Translate marketing goals and brand strategy into clean, modern, and effective design.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and cohesion.

  • Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines and high-quality standards are met.

  • (Bonus) Design animations, motion graphics, or video elements for digital and social use.

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist with planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

  • Partner with leadership and marketing teams to develop creative content that drives engagement, patient growth, and community connection.

  • Contribute to campaign performance reviews and help identify opportunities for improvement.

Social Media Strategy

  • Support content creation and scheduling across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Design and post engaging, on-brand content tailored for each audience.

  • Stay on top of emerging trends to keep Alliance Orthopedics visually relevant and authentic online.

  • Collaborate with teammates to integrate social media initiatives with broader campaigns.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field — or equivalent experience.

  • 1+ years of professional experience in design, marketing, or social media.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus).

  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a strong plus.

  • Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital engagement.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
