Sportswear designer

We are looking for a skilled and creative Sports Teamwear Designer with experience in designing custom sports apparel. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, a deep understanding of sportswear design principles, and the ability to manage multiple client projects.

Responsibilities:

- Design custom teamwear (jerseys, shorts, tracksuits, etc.) for youth teams and schools

- Develop mockups, colorways, and full design packs for production

- Collaborate with production teams to ensure print and fit accuracy

- Make revisions based on client feedback and internal QA

- Stay current with sportswear trends and school branding needs

- Prepare accurate print-ready files and artwork for sublimation or screen printing

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sportswear or activewear design

- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and CorelDraw

- Understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and print techniques

- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work (required)

- Good communication and time management skills

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple design projects

Preferred:

- Experience designing for schools, clubs or academies

- Knowledge of sustainable fabrics and print efficiency

- Familiarity with youth sports branding and school identities
