SPOT SALES AGENT (CAR RENTAL COMPANY)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Spot Sales Agent to join our expanding car rental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities for car rental services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales deals.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using the SPEED system and MS Office tools.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging business trends and opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in car rental or automotive services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems; knowledge of the SPEED system is a plus.
  • Bilingual: English and Arabic preferred.
  • Highly motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Must possess a transferable visa and valid QID.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
